  • All fees quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of prevailing GST.
  • Travel and accommodation expenses are excluded from the registration fee.
  • Registration fees include:
    • Access to all conference sessions
    • Welcome reception on 16 December and Conference banquet on 18 December
    • Daily tea-breaks and lunches
    • Complimentary SICC10 programme booklet, limited to one copy per paid registrant

BANK TRANSFER

Bank payment account details will be provided on the online registration form.

Please indicate the following for bank transfer:
(i) Please ensure that the conference name, “SICC 10 Singapore” and the “name of the participant” are stated in the bank transfer
(ii) All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at the source in additional to the registration fee
(iii) A completed remittance advice of the bank transfer should be sent to the Secretariat, Ms Sylvia Chan at email: contact@sicc10.org

CANCELLATION/WITHDRAWAL POLICY
  • There will be no refund for cancellation/withdrawal received after 14 October 2018.
  • For cancellation notices received before 14 October 2018, a 50% of payment received will be refunded. Thereafter, there will be no refund. Note that a SGD50 administrative fee applies.
  • There will be no refund for “NO SHOW” registrant and the organisers will not entertain requests to mail out any conference publications and or materials to such individuals.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Authors need to complete their conference registration and pay fees by 5 October 2018. Late payment may result in the abstract not being included in the proceedings, conference program and any other publications printed for distribution at the conference.
  • Early-bird registration applies for fees received before 5 October 2018.
  • Any outstanding fee amount owing to the conference will have to be completed via online.
  • For walk-in registration, standard conference items (e.g. printed programme and conference bags) are available only while stocks last.
  • For “Additional Purchases (Optional)”, purchase confirmation is subject to payment being received and only while stocks last.

By providing your information above, you hereby agree that the SICC10 Organising Committee may collect, use, disclose and store your data for the following purposes:

  • Facilitate the management and logistics of the event
  • Legal purposes where necessary, including investigation or proceeding
  • The available information is in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act – 2012 (PDPA)
    Organiser may contact you via email or mobile for any notifications related to the conference

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY

Professional photography will take place during the event. By partaking in the event you are consenting for the organiser to use the images for any form of publicity usage such as website, media and publication purposes.
